Q: Battery Issue. My Lekvey ergonomic mouse won't keep charging, what should I do?
A: 1. Charging Check: Please use a wall charger and a USB-A to C charging cable. Full charging takes 2–3 hours. The red light turns off when fully charged.
Note: Mouse won't charge if computer is in sleep mode, and the included charging cable is for charging only (no data transfer).
2. Could you please share a photo or video (optional but helpful) showing your charging setup (charger, cable, mouse) for analysis?
3. Test on Another Device: Please try to plug the USB receiver directly into a USB port on a different computer (not recommend hubs), and keep over 2 inches away from USB drives/UHD monitors/routers.
If it still couldn't work properly, I am really sorry that you may have received a defective mouse. We always try our best to give our customer the best product and service, however, the imperfect thing may happen sometimes, hope we can get your kindly understanding and forgiveness.
Our Lekvey mouse has three years warranty (replacement/refund) and lifetime technical support. For this issue, May I send you a new replacement? Or may I offer a full refund to you? ( Without needing to return the mouse ).
