Q: Battery Issue. My Lekvey ergonomic mouse won't keep charging, what should I do?
A: 1, The red charging indicator light for this Lekvey mouse may be a little difficult to see, even if you do not see the red charging indicator, do not worry, in fact, the mouse is in normal charging, and can work normally after 2-3 hours of wall charging.
2, May I know are you charging the mouse with a fast charger which is used for your cell phone? Or are you charging it from a hubs / computers / laptops?
We recommend charging the mouse with standard 5V-1A/2A Wall Chargers and our package included Lekvey USB-A to C charging cable. ( Please Don’t charge the mouse via Hubs, Laptops, or Computers, as they don't meet the required 5V-1A/2A output )
3, Is it possible for you to try this mouse with another device (PC or other Laptop) to check if it could work properly? And some USB adapter/USB hubs/USB 3.0 ports may interfere with the 2.4GHz signal, please connect it directly to a USB 2.0 port on your PC or laptop. Also, Please consider updating your computer system and fixing any vulnerabilities or system issues that may be present.
4, Could you please try to restore the factory settings as the following steps?
-Re-insert the 2.4Ghz USB receiver into another USB 2.0 port of the computer
-Turn on the power switch again
-Press and hold the left, right buttons and 3D wheel for 3 seconds then release the buttons.
If it still couldn't work properly, I am really sorry that you may have received a defective mouse. We always try our best to give our customer the best product and service, however, the imperfect thing may happen sometimes, hope we can get your kindly understanding and forgiveness.
Our Lekvey mouse has two years warranty (replacement/refund) and lifetime technical support. For this issue, May I send you a new replacement? Or may I offer a full refund to you? ( Without needing to return the mouse ).
